http://www.kitclassics.co.uk/kits/qpr.png Which is your favourite? I like the first home kit and Celtic type away kit.
You've started some bizarre threads today mate, when our Club is teetering on the brink. You sound like you're a sandwich short the picnic basket if you ask me.
Ain't working for me 79... it'll take a lot more than Hulse, prospective new players and old kits to do that. Tbh, nothing short of a home win for Stoke and/or a point for us from the would be Champions will help!
Anyway, since you've already survived 79, have a look at this link for home kits. No gaps either. http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/Queens_Park_Rangers/Queens_Park_Rangers.htm
that's brilliant brix! we've had as many kits as managers! I wonder why we switched from the green and white hoops to blue and white?
No, you're right. Credit where credit's due Uber. You passed that site on to us. Quality. Kept it as a favourite. Cheers mate.
None taken, Brix. Just having a giraffe. My personal favourite are the Umbro home kits of the second-half of the 70s (with the exception of 76-77). I've never really like advertising logos across the front and particularly loathe the 'Brooks' edition of 91-92 and 'Classic FM' of 92-93. At a push would have to say the 'Guinness' of 83-85. On the away kit front, however, I did like the red & black halves of 02-03 and the red & white halves of 76-77, although the Dennis the Menace hoops of any vintage are pretty OK. On the Loathe List are the current two: the awful Mango and the frankly new millennium poncey red & white quarters with the inexecrable white sash. In all honesty, there have been some ghastly away models since 2000, haven't there? I don't particularly like the Celtic-like green & white hoops, but would appear to be in a minority. Yeah, I know its a livery that dates back to when Our Stan was too young for the penny arcade, but somehow irrationally would prefer an association with Rangers ('cos of the name) than with Celtic.
