That's about how long we will be without our normal football and TBH I'm quite looking forward to the break, are you?

What will you be replacing your weekly fix with?

    Is it 2 weeks away?

That DIY you have been putting off?

    The dreaded weekly shopping trip?

We on not606 of course will be busy as usual, transfer news, friendlies to arrange, deep meaningful debates on politics, religion and sex, especially sex.

What sport will replace your footy?

To be fair I don't dread the hopping as much, not like before the operation...

    That's sacrilege Syd!

I detest the close season, I'm like a little bairn waiting for the fixtures to come out, then when they do come out pouring over them to see which matches I can get back for.

Fortunately footy gets extended for me this season as I've got tickets for two Euro 2012 games, so yes, there are the two weeks away you mentioned but combined with football!

Just found it a very draining season, started with a new team and hope, then into the depths of depression, then up exceeding expectation then back down.

    I need a break

What a brilliant summary of our season. Class.

But I still can't get enough, no break for me!

Already dreading it! Euros will take up a bit of time and then we are not a million miles away from the 'friendlies'. Getting rid of sky sports though for at least the summer months as just cant afford it. :emoticon-0106-cryin

I will watch Wimbledon and the F1. Going to be replacing playing footy with triathlon training. Got to train for the GNR too although I somehow have to find a way of doing the GNR and being in central London at 5pm the same day???

I'll be entertaining my children! Throw in some camping, maybe a holiday but not in the summer holidays! It costs too much!
