    Not bothered about shaking hands before - games can still be dirty, competitive, and have bad tackles, and not overly bothered by a guard of honour.

    Probably because it's usually teams giving us one.

    I'd like to see a football team put a Maori in its side so we can see how football fans react to a pre match haka!

    I think a little bit of respect for the victors shouldn't cause any decent football fan grief.
    Its great to see the modern up-to-date followers of Rugby can stand side by side with
    opposing fans in the stands and terracing without the thuggery that goes on at our matches
    where smart-arses surrounded by their own fans and with lines of police and stewards separating
    him from the other team's fans.
    Really so ancient and out of date.
