I bet this turns into the worst player ever poll.

Personally I would pick John Giles he was sublime to watch and had it all.

For all round ability it has to be John Charles, world class forward or defender, unfortunatley I've only seen footage of him but my dad was pretty adamant he was the best.

For me as a young un i cant really judge players from the revie era or even the '92 champions. So for me, out of players ive actually seen, itd have to be Bowyer or Viduka

Same as you Logi, I'm 19 so the players I'd go for would be Viduka,Dacourt or Martyn. I've seen lots of old footage and would say Billy as the best. But from what I've seen be any of them 3 I mentioned.

It's okay, I'm 44 in a week, you're as old as you feel. Unfortunately for me most days I feel 50+! ;)

At least you got to see us win the title. I'm just considered a jinx given that we've not won anything since my birth.

The season before Wilko got us back up I remember my dad telling me to remain patient that Leeds were too big a club to never come back and win something, the feeling when we won the title a couple of years later was like nothing before. I would like to think that we will again but with so much foreign investment the divide seems to just keep on getting bigger. I did believe I was going to get to see my ultimate dream of winning the Champions League, I might still get to but I just hope I am senile enough to know what is going on if that day ever comes around.

Seem to remember celebrating the title near Leicester driving back from Sheffield utd. Not the best place, but made up for it at home to Norwich the week after!

And players strachan, yeboah, McAllister, Eddie grey, Chris kamara, tommy wright....
