I agree with most of these. Some great players in great teams.

 

This quote is quite deep from the author:

It’s not difficult to love Newcastle when they get things right. It’s a shame they get so much wrong off the pitch these days. I hope for a better future for their supporters.

And so say we all.....




One addition to that list by the way would be the Wimbledon team who won the cup.

It was a prime example of how teamwork can overcome fiinancial limitations.

 

Used to like 'Old Big Ed', a lot of the things he said were twisted a bit and some of the time he just said things to wind the wrong people up.
