interestingly ristac, 9/10 of the people I meet hate corbyn too ... but 9/10 hate Johnson as well. I’ve spoken to 3 parents at kids football this morning. No-one knew which way they were going to vote. It’s amazing how many ‘undecideds’ there are.
I've got an uncle in Taunton and, like all the family, has been a lifelong labour voter. "I feel that if I were ever to vote Conservative, my hand would drop off" was what he said. This time around, after some sixty odd years, he voted Tory. He now w*nks with his other hand.
Was reading today, Conservatives would have a 25-35 seat margin if the undecided don’t bother voting. If they ALL voted labour it would be a hung parliament
financially I’m also in the demographic that should vote Tory, but can’t bring myself to because, bluntly, they’re typically self-centred not very nice people. Sweeping stereotype, but they’re an elite who come from wealth and all they want to do is protect that. If you have any social conscience it’s hard to vote for them and sleep comfortably. But if they get in, any negative impact from brexit will hit others harder than it hits me. I’m not losing sleep for me or them.
I’m in a labour marginal seat. I haven’t decided yet. I don’t think there is a party that deserves my vote.
Read your own post, she's ready for retirement, will get a big pention and wanted to try help remain with a big drama story, well no fookers interested, 6 days till victory.
Don’t worry, if Johnson wins next week I’m going to be a selfish twat of a Tory from then on and vote for number 1.
And I believe most of the undecided will say they’re all as bad as one another and not bother voting unless they voted Brexit then I think they might vote Conservative as they’re sick of it all and don’t want another 6,12,18 months of it. All the undecided are not going to vote Labour, it will be a split and majority not bothering. A lot of non voters say they’re undecided as they just want to get the canvasser off the door and they know they’ll get a lecture if they say I’m not bothering
Knew I would convince you about the error of your ways, what a pitty you didn't just tow the line instead of supporting the IRA, Jimmy Crankie and swindling swinson right from the start.
The Times are reporting a plan for ultra moderate John McDonnell to take over if corbyn has a bad result, with the delightful and sensible Rebecca Wrong Daily as Shadow Chancellor. Then they’d look at their leadership structure and appoint a new leader at the end of 2020.... with Wrong Daily the favourite. I’m excited.
