    Sure I said good deal not brilliant deal. The backstop was a bad deal period, but with good will on both sides could have produced a reasonable deal. Now all the EU have got to do is dig their heals in which they are doing.
    Why would they as they see us a a very undemocratic country which suits their long term aims.

    And what is it you're talking about exactly?

    You sound like the remainers who, if got elected would go to Brussels, do a deal, come back and seek a second referendum, then campaign against the deal they agreed with Brussels........very confusing........<doh>
