The best possible outcome for Frank and Chelsea. His desire to stay with us is matched by a reduction in wages, and probably a reduced roll. But......... he will be a fantastic rotation player, and my guess is he will get heaps of important game time, either on for 6o mins, or a sub for the last 30 or so. He can have a dramatic impact in that roll as well as the occasional full games. And there can't be a better man to guide and egg on our up and coming youngsters. Just look at the way he and Luiz match up in mid field. Who's to say he won't get another year next year. I wouldn't bet against it.

I've just received an email from a mate of mine (a West Ham supporter) who says " Frank is very happy to sign a i year extension and is looking forward to working with another 4 managers!" Cheeky bugger!
