Burnley show spirit and win against Citeh. We Are Screwed. The players support Gusset Poyet because they have him by the Balls thanks to Maggie Burn. When she gave the slack bunch of tossers the decision over PDC and sacked him she gave them carte blanche to do what they want at the club. Gusset then made John O'**** Captain giving the rebellious snake even more power to wield in the dressing room. After the last dismal display he gave them the week end off as they had been working hard and were tired..... After losing today 4-0 my thoughts are it is not just that we Lost, it's the Manner in which we lost. It's time for Ellis to Finish what PDC started and that is to rid the Club of the Deadwood, Has Beens and Hangers on, the Drinking Culture and Lack of Commitment and Ambition. If he has the Stones and Courage to do it. Wes Brown stated post match they must stick together and work harder... Sorry if I am mistaken here but if someone was paying me £40,000 a week for doing a job,any job I would already be working my nuts off for the job. let alone Playing a game I love in front of 40.000+ adoring and faithful fans. Whether AJ did it or not he is missing at a vital time because of his own stupidity. he should never have put himself in the firing line for these kind of offenses. Fletcher was showing off his new car this week on social media (I think it is a Lambo Aventador) a pity he can no longer get on the score sheet as often as he does on 'Twatter' (see Mick Mcarthy;s quote on that). If Poyet had the bollock he would do what PDC did and have them training 2-3 times a day until they start Playing with Pride, Passion, Commitment and Determination. Then they wouldn't be wasting time on Flash cars or young girls or Media sites as they would be too tired to get into these situations and perhaps we would get a more consistent level of better performances. It is about time the club was stripped of its dead weights and that means pairing right down, Management, Manager, Backroom staff, Players and so on right to the very core of the club. So angry after today, but the Club must come first and if that means relegation and CLEAR out then so be it, I will not be even thinking of re applying for a season ticket or match day ticket till then. Com' On Ellis, You know it makes sense.
Thats the rub isnt it ,i admire any manager who wants to play a certain way or a certain formation or anything to improve, but the basic work rate and desire must be evident ,its one thing to coach tactics but its more important not to be lacking in fight or spirit ,this manager i am certain is unable to do this to the team and its reflected hugely on days like today,he and his staff looked like rabbits caught in headlights on the line today.
watched burnley 2nite...................fantastic performance. They've got the run in from hell but with their spirit I'd fancy them to finish above us.
Burnley deserved their win just for the sheer hard work and fight they put in but ManC were so poor I think we could have taken them on. Starts a whole new ball game for us though. They might have a lousy run in but until we show a winning performance ours isn't so good as the others in and around us have no fear to play us.
There are two main worries with Burnley. The first is that if they hit form then whatever the match they could get something (like Wigan did a couple of season and you did last season). The second is that their fixture list isn't actually as bad as it first looks. In April they have 3 home games and an away game to Everton (who aren't to be feared so much this season). In May they have what looks like a tough four games but actually West Ham, Hull, Stoke and Villa may all be teams with nothing to play for at that point...
does not matter who plays who .the thing WE need most of all is that fight and desire.......its down to DESIRE whoever we play
