... and thank f**k for that. ps: WHAT A SEASON!!! pps: that fat f**ker of a lady can come out and sing or strip for all I care
It'll be a great night on Wednesday .......... we're stopping up and hopefully the team will be as well
its not over yet, and im worried that people think its a guarantee thing. If we work hard, as hard as the last 4 games, we'll be fine, just hope we dont slip up
Been another fantastic week, We've picked up yet more unlikely points with our first win at Old Trafford in decades, we've relegated two of our rivals leaving one place for three teams, one which we play at home on Wednesday night and the other needing a final day win at home to Arsenal. One more point lads, one more point!
Slightly off topic, but not by much..... Anyone on here remember when we were battling with West Brom to get out of the old second division? It was January (or at least f*****g cold) and Tony Brown (their c/f) had to go in goal? He was injured and I presume their goalie must have been sent off..... In the Fulwell End, when we were 3-0 up, we started singing "bye-bye baggies, baggies bye-bye" to the tune of the Bay City Rollers "Bye-Bye Baby" I probably had me SAFC scarves tied round both wrists, n'all. No wonder I was cold...... x
It fecking well should have been enough, but unbelievably we now need 2 points to be safe. West Brom will also need a point. This season in certainly not being a dull one.
That's possibly one of the worst Chelsea performances in a long while, their passing was terrible. But as only Jose would say that Norwich parked the bus.
I think the team will be raring to go on Wednesday, knowing that we're not there yet should be enough to keep the momentum rolling. And worried - sh*t no, do you think the player are worried, it's a team that's played well in the big occasions and when we're confident. So, yes I'm saying we're home and damp. It should be a really good noisy crowd on Wednesday night. I'm expecting nothing but a solid win and another big crowd on Sunday to show our appreciation to players and all. ****ing hell it's time for a carnival. And as for Poyet!!! Has achievements take Sunderland back to 1973 imho, not in 41 years have we had such a successful campaign. He HAS to be between Gus and whoever wins the title for Premiership Manager of the Year.
I agree completely - Arsenal are 4th now and 4th next week. Wenger might easily throw on a couple of development squad players (and often does in these type of games I believe), however, I don't think we'll fail to secure 1 point at home to West Brom and Swansea, who also have nothing to play for.
Dont West Brom have something to play for now, I think they need a point to be safe, we should do a Coventry.
