So me burd keeps asking me to redecorate hers. I must admit seeing it does give me the urge to do a bit of DIY.

So fellas, what would you do if you could get your hands on it?

Lay a new laminate floor. Re-paper throughout. That pattern's hideous. Replace the door - frosted glass, pattern of your choice. New skirting. Add a dado or picture rail. Mirrors on hall walls - it'll give the illusion of more space. Low profile light switch.

And get the heating fixed before Blondie catches her death.

Having said that, leave the temperature low. Then you'll always have somewhere to hang your coat.

She likes to watch when I get me tool out for some DIY. I have to practically beg her to give me a helping hand.

I wouldn't have to leave the house for the DIY equipment.

I'd have all the wood I needed for the job.

you might want to consider some heavy strapping to cut down on resistance and prevent excess lateral movement. the stand in the photograph might be better reduced to floor level for safety and accessibility reasons.

Me, I'd start off by painting her inside walls white, then probably move onto sorting out the back entrance.

    Does ahe like Chocolate fingers?

I see just one job needed, if you have the specific tool to remove the anti pregnancy "aspro" pill from between her knees all should be plain sailing, shipshape and Bristol(s) fashion.

Whoever hung that door needs re training.

Piss poor, no way the gap between the door and the architrave would be equidistant when closed. I bet the door's not flush with the jamb either, about 1/4 inch proud I reckon.

State this country is in eh?
