Norwich Twitter reckons it rises to £.175m:

    £450k up front
    £500k based on appearances
£225k should he turn out for England U21's or senior side.

It's not enough but at least it's more into the transfer kitty at a time when we need it.

This highlights our status very well, we do need that money, it amounts to a week's wage for two top players at the top sides- good god it's sickening

It is ridiculous, I guess that's what happens when footie is turned from a sport into a business. The PL will never be a great league simply because of the gulf in spending between the clubs.

Football as a sport will only go down hill if they keep pumping preposterous amounts of money into it. It's simply not sustainable.

The thing is, it maybe sustainable but only for the really big clubs. The amount to debt they would have to wrack up before they were in really trouble would have to be astronomical. There are enough rich people in the world to finance these big and more attractive teams. The problem comes when other teams, desperate for success try to keep up with them in spending to reduce the gap in quality. Smaller sides, such as our self could never keep it up so yes it is unsustainable for us. They would have to change the rules (FFP won't work) if they really wanted to bridge the gap, sadly that is not in the governing bodies best interests as they see it.

Piddly amount, predictably, compared to his potential. Like we got mugged on Angus Gunn to Man City.

We only got £400K for Joe Lewis who many people thought would go on to great things. He's played once for Cardiff this year. If we didn't have Declan Rudd I'd be more concerned, but, IMO, we didn't need two young keepers. I'm reasonably happy with the settlement.
