    Walsall Matchday Programme

Just a reminder from a few months ago. If any one has a matchday programme from the home game against Walsall last season, I'm trying to get hold of one for my collection; and will gladly pay for it if generosity isn't enough :)

Most Important Players in the Championship

I think our promotion bid rests more in the hands of Falque than Lallana tbh. ;)

    Chung plays for Japan today

This match isn't available on the Sky Sports Football Score center app on my phone. Which is odd, because there are 4 other Asian Qualifying matches on there, along with about 20 international teams playing each other. Its always the one match I care about that for some reason doesn't show up.

    Weekend of 23/24 March

Wait until we've actually beaten them before speculating. I blame complacency for our loss to them away this season.

Portsmouth Home - Ticket Details Confirmed

I'd probably be prepared to do that yea. Not sure about the rest of my entourage though.

Portsmouth Home - Ticket Details Confirmed

Living in Belfast - Northern Ireland I don't make it to a great deal of matches. But I have for months been planning to go over on the Portsmouth weekend for the match with some friends and family for my 21st Birthday. On the brink of starting to book flights and accommodation, it seems to me...

Most famous person you've ever met.

Ruined a holiday for Sarah Jessica Parker a few years ago. And her husband Inspector Gadget/Cable Guy actor Matthew Broderick. Met Dimitar Berbatov and Martin Petrov on work experience a few years ago too.

    A country that shoots arrows..

"The celebration was my trademark in Japan - it is to show I come from a country that shoots arrows." Tadanari Lee Any thoughts? I'm bewildered. If it was his trademark in Japan, why would he want to show every one else in Japan, that he came from Japan? Pretty cool celebration, but surely...

    81 Points.

I like to see someone else who also has faith in us renewing a perfect home record.

    Wolves sack Mick McCarthy

I hear Eriksson is still in football wilderness? Maybe he's due a reprieve to the premier league..short term

    Saints v Burnley Match Ratings

Guly Do Prado ran their left back absolutely ragged. When Hammond was brought on fresh as a daisy, Burnley's left back was absolutely bolloxed. Give him credit for that. 7, at the very least.

    Foxy Reeves

Couldn't help noticing. Ridiculous looking. Also because he's at that age where he's still to find a set of hairy legs.

    New Ground

Not only will more SFC fans be going, but think of the away fans to. When we beat Birmingham 4-1 at home, only 821 away fans attended. In the Premier League versus the likes of Arsenal, Man City, ManUre, Chelsea etc etc i would expect thousands more fans to travel with their team to see them...

    SAINTS v Burnley Match Thread

I agree. Martin was completely on the ball in several of our matches now. Gets his head to the ball when the opposition have corners and crosses and suchlike. I would consider the three of our CMs to all be on rotation. That is, Fonte/Hooiveld, Hooiveld/Martin, Martin/Fonte changing regularly...

Article: Who is good enough for the Prem? | Football Southampton

I've higlighted the two I disagree with most. I think Fox would fare very well at Premiership level. He was probably one of Burnley's more promising aspects in their bid to stay in the Premiership a few years ago. Bialkowski is still young enough and is already an immense keeper on a good...
