Hi all, what you are planning in this Christmas?

    Prediction League Round 7

A very odd week. I don't think that we have ever had a round where everybody failed to score double points before, but thanks to Citeh. Liverpool, Chelsea and United all failing that effectively left only six predictable games. RBF managed four but top scorer was Danary by virtue of two correct...

Match Day Thread Norwich City v Arsenal

I think we can get something at Vicarage Rd, hopefully more than a point. A win would certainly put us well clear of the pack. Sunderland can't get anything out of Arsenal. can they?

Match Day Thread Norwich City v Arsenal

That's the trouble when you have factored in an easy win against a "poor" side. Arsenal arguably needed three points as much as we did, but whereas one point helps our cause it does little for theirs. So it felt like a defeat for them and a win for us simply because almost everyone had factored...

I thought that was the point, but seriously does it grow like that or does he have it cut that way? Surely you wouldn't would you? Maybe he's in Procol Harum or The Whole Shebang!

    Looking over our shoulder........

My view is that we should take our chance with AN come what may, and that includes relegation. If it happened I would be reasonably confident of a Neil led team ripping through the Championship rather than doing a Fulham or a Cardiff and ending up slugging it out with the Binfolk for a top half...

    The General Conversation Thread

Her head was a lovely old duffer who went into teaching right after the war. One day he asked her to teach the class measurements. He said "I've taught them sixteenths of an inch, can you do eighths?" This was about 1986.
