I do hope (and expect) a long run in the PL, our team spirit is exceptional so stands us in good stead for this. Not much change there. Although, I do agree only the top seven are likley to stay long term. If the rest manage between 5 -10 seasons then they have acheived great stability...

Excellent article, it does sum up the root of the problem perfectly. High praise for us and clubs with similar thinking. Like many great articles however it lacks one thing, quality solutions (difficult of course) to get us out of this mess.

I would keep Fryatt, a natural goal scorer determined to fight for his place with Europe thats a big plus. Sagbo, strong lad with occasional goals. I like Ulloa, lots of pace and goals. To choose I would let Sagbo go and sign Ulloa

In the PL Arsenal (H) kick the sh*** out of them, in Europe an Irish team would be nice.
