I work and have worked with quite a few Romanians- you would be surprised at how many say things were better under Ceausescu.
So they could afford it if it's released earlier? Not really making sense there. If the budget is so tight it's probably not a good financial...
Does it make any difference though? People will buy the kits whenever it's released- it's not really a competitive market, City fans won't buy...
