I won't remember him particularly fondly, other than for that goal of course. A pretty ordinary player.
I seem to remember Bobby scoring decent goals, mostly for Fulham against us - except for that one goal We didn't see the best of him at LR. He was carrying that hip injury. Fulham should have been sued under the Trade's Description Act. But if we could find his doppelganger now at an enthusiastic 20 years of age, I seize him quick Thanks, Bobby. I still remember walking out of Wembley feeling as someone had hit me with a friendly shovel. (That memory may have to last for some time)
I think Bobby took an unfair amount of stick during his time here. He played through the pain barrier for several months with his hip injury. I seem to remember he scored a handful of decent goals as well as the OBZ moment we'll always remember, would be interesting to see a compilation. Also I think he brought the best out of Charlie Austin.
