My rants were very much trying to get to the stage of the last posts To that I apologise Sexual abuse In general hasn't been helped with the scandal of the Catholic Church ... how can I prattle on about morals light v dark when religionists are guilty in the past Boil it down I still believe it comes down to personal morals This historical story has been dragged up from a time without the internet so comms channels were non existent compared to today Sexual drive is in us all and pretty sure all of us in some point of our lives have used lust as a driver You only have to imagine all the courtships that took place in the past weekends clubs and pubs of the uk Boy on girl Girl on boy etc etc but sex is there as a main driver IMO To take away and damage young people's lives before they have had a chance to figure what sex even is ... deserves the ultimate price IMO or the disease will never stop and in many cases sexual abuse victims become sexual abusers So my rants about dark and light I hoped would make people understand that in basic form this is about morals and shouldn't be complicated by liberal theories It's simply very wrong A living hell has been described about this case in the media Well using the word Hell is the clue IMO to searching for the fundamentals of morality Burying things means this will all continue. IMO It should all be out of the shadows and especially joked about in order to remove the power of something UK society and culture cannot handle IMO This is not about me, grammar or high jacking it's about passionately talking about this problem that would be old news and forgotten about in a few weeks I have had two full on fights in the last 15 years over sexual abuse The last being at a hotel near Lock Muchno in Ireland on a fishing tournament when at breakfast a group of lads from Manchester were making rude comments about the breakfast waitress who was 16 I guess . This got worse on day two and you could feel the pain of the girl I see this as sexual abuse albeit mild to most but that's just me 40 year old men making direct sexual damaging comments Mild? Let it go ? Not me but for me a moral code cut in. I had to cut in and said something like let her do her job lads The amount of verbal that followed proved to me on reflection feelings were high inside these people I had Southern ****er and mind your own ****ing business **** in between moments of silence the clear sigh for kick off One bloke didn't let it go and we had an exchange in the car park loading up our fishing tackle ... he had me good and proper to be fair and was a tough lad The remaining few days breakfast it was different at least When I left on the Saturday I was thanked by the girl and even got a sorry off one the Manchester lads not the **** that gave me a learning although I fished two other tournaments where he was there and he was different Yep it's just one true story but my point is I am passionate about this stuff and believe to this day we all have the power to do something at the time
Now alleged that Chelsea paid off a player who complained of being abused to protect their reputation. This is getting worse by the day...
I was speaking to an ex-Chelsea player (from that era) about this abuse scandal going on....and it's really no surprise to me.
It doesn't matter which clubs paid them off it's just that everything has it's price. I wouldn't be surprised if QPR get a mention somewhere along the line, it seems it was pretty much across the board as many worked for several clubs...
The media won't be happy until they have grown this to as big as they can This will stick to football and destroys 99% of the excellent work youth football coaches do every week Parents naturally will be concerned It's a dreadful collection of historical events of a crime that has always been there A culture whereupon bad news travels faster than good IMO a defined battle between light and dark It leaves nothing but devastation Chewing the fat in the public arena of course brings awareness but the end result is damage. No one wants this on their doorstep hence the efforts to cover it up I see nothing but unbalance and certainly not confident that the outcomes will be any better without radical action against all sexual abuse I believe people should look at their own morality and act upon this evil any chance they get ... yet it is sent back to shadows time and time again Get it out make it comfortable to talk about and certainly make light and focus on the perverts who live and use the dark to hide and for ther own comfort ... they can only feel any pain where they are exposed Exposed in definition? Getting them out is everyone's responsibility IMO
This is now worse than Saville! Very sad day for football. There are some very bent and broken people in this world.
Ditto in the scouting movement - I recall whilst at university how an apartment neighbour (an American), told me how as a young scout on an overnight camping trip, he had woken up in his sleeping bag with the scout leaders hand grabbing onto his privates - it was a very traumatic experience in his life. As a 13 yr old in a boy's grammar school our carpentry teacher, who also coached the rugby team I played on, enjoyed testing the strength of the wooden stools we had all just constructed (I still have mine and the book shelf) by sitting himself on each stool, then instructing a couple of boys to sit on each of his knees, and bouncing up and down, saying - this may have been completely innocent fun as I never witnessed no sort of abuse from this guy, who was rumoured to only have one testicle following some sort of accident in his youth - now behind his back us naughty lads used to belt out that refrain, "Hitler has only got one ball, the other is in the Albert Hall, Himmler was very similar, but Goebbels had no balls at all".
Ex Chelsea player Alan Hudson claims it was well known that Heath was a nonce. http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/chelsea-legend-alan-hudson-claims-9378331
So as all these historical stories come out and there will be many more What exactly is being done to tackle tomorrow's perverts What we have is a circulation of very bad news all with a big slice of ownership with the heading: I thought he was odd Very productive Let's have the same resource thrown at this as for example the serious fraud squad ... of course there is no money in catching sexual perverts The evil is here and I believe every child born in the U.K. should be protected to the age of 18 as a standard right . What we have now is a growing list of victims so some one is not doing their jobs Straight life sentence in the worse conditions we can get away with Doesn't help when QPR shout at a Wolves player for being called Saville But at least it's shows it's in the public domain as a good old joke That's a start I suppose
'I will give you a quote for money' Harold Dedcrapp now gives us his expert view on child abuse, saying the FA should have 'monitored' the bloke at Southampton, but it's 'difficult [who the **** taught him that word, it's his personal Tourette's motif] to do anything without evidence'. Bravo. Of course Harold has no axe to grind with the FA Just heard him on the Today programme. He said there were rumours about this bloke, but he wouldn't 'conciously' have let that stop him sending his son to Southampton as a kid 'but he was happy at Spurs'.
We are now implicated ...Chris Geiler, I do remember the name. In the Daily Fail...which I would not normally trust an inch.....BUT http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ief-scout-Chris-Geiler-named-allegations.html
It was only a matter of time before we got dragged into this, as I said earlier. So many clubs linked into this now and there will be other sports involved as well. These perverts are everywhere but being exposed far more now...
Knowing our luck we will end up being the main club. Why cant we go a season or two with any scandal!
Paying players off, turning a blind eye and not acting on suspicions are nearly as bad as the crime itself. As a club we should only worry if any of those 3 apply to us. Harry quoted as saying there were rumours about this coach. Why didnt he bring it to the FA attention rather than being holier than thou now
