Good Morning Everyone, Leeds Utd have been drawn away to Shaun Derry's Cambridge Utd in the 3rd round of the FA Cup! Derry was quoted as saying "Brilliant draw. I couldn't be happier. To me it's as good as drawing a top Premier League club." Ties to be played over the weekend of January 9/10. Since leaving Elland Road to go on loan at Oldham Lee Erwin has not had an easy time at Oldham Athletic. In fact, the 22 year old had only found the net 3 times in 23 games. Can't see him back at Elland Road tbh. The crowd at Elland Road on Saturday was just under 33,000. When you take into consideration the game was also on Sky, that is not bad at all. Now that the team is playing well, when can we expect normal home attendances to average over 30,000 again?
Morning all. Personally believe as long as we're in top six most games will hit the 30k mark. Like all clubs, we have different levels of support with that extra 6k we're getting likely being the I can take or leave going, not fussed type. Await the return of the pl only supporter who'll hopefully return next season swelling crowds by a further 6k. Ryanair will then jump on bandwagon and triple flight prices from Ireland so we can't go and will be forced to revert to supporting the League of Ireland. Shaks will be out to the Tallaght stadium every fortnight to watch the rovers
Morning tarts: The only problem about the Cambridge game is that we drive past Histon but other than that it will be good to see Derry again. Cellino can now see that having a competitive team gives you big gate reciepts. Simple as that yet the so-called super businessman like Bates was a cock and drained the club of players and cash as well as close parts of the ground, fooking idiotic. Top 6 means a chance of a £150m jackpot so anyone would want to try and do something wouldn't they
We know you have been a white for years, you are not an incomer... been to more leeds games than Matt. #nuffsed
Afternoon all, back home now after a couple of days in London, time to clean my lungs of the smog and dirty air, how anyone lives in London is beyond me, far too fast pace for my liking.

I know how you feel. I live 40 minutes from Dublin and its not near far enough at times. Also cant understand people wanting to live in such built up polluted spots
If it looks like we're going to sustain a promotion push the crowds will come back. I don't want to get too hopeful for fear of the bubble bursting. So far I've really been impressed with Garry Monk, he's still managing expectations, keeping players feet on the ground and making them work hard, not getting too carried away with our good form (on a par with how calm he remained during our indifferent start). Another tough one at Brighton, but we've beaten Norwich and Villa (and though we lost to Newcastle it obviously took a lot out of them, they haven't one since) so hoping we can get revenge for the gubbing we took there last time. A win and I'll really start to think we can stay in the mix, the rest of the teams are bang average so consistency can get you promoted.
