    Good Morning Everyone,

    How are we?

    25 days to Christmas!!!

Big thanks to ristac and Doc for filling in for me lately. Its much appreciated.

It looks like Andrea Radrizzani will be buying 50% of Leeds Utd in the next few weeks, with the option to purchase the other 50% next June.

Radrizzani attended Leeds’ 2-0 defeat to Newcastle and was joined at Elland Road by Andre Tegner, Aser’s head of investments and strategy (Aser Media, an investment vehicle set-up by Radrizzani last year).

Marco Auletta, until recently a colleague of Radrizzani’s at MP & Silva, sat alongside him. Radrizzani said this week that he would “eventually bring my team and management” to United and his connections in the world of media and branding appear to be extensive.

Neil Warnock has told the press that there's no better than Bamba!

    Thoughts...

Going too and from the Liverpool game, it took around 13 hours. Just under 7 hours on the way back. What's the longest journey (or most time) it has taken you to get to a game?

    Leeds Utd v Aston Villa

    Saturday 3rd December [email protected]

    Steaming links to follow
Who would have thought that little ol Championship side Leeds Utd would be facing off against the likes of Villa, Newcastle and Liverpool just days apart? (unless you had a fixture list for two out of those 3).

Unfortunately the injuries are stacking up.

Hernandez and Bridcutt are both out for another fortnight whilst O'Kane and Cooper picked up knocks at Anfield on Tuesday.

Berardi lacked match sharpness on Tuesday; he just needs game time.

Ayling played as a centre back when he came on for Cooper at half time on Tuesday.

Does anyone know what happened to Jansson on Tuesday?

Morning all. Let's hope Jansson is back for Saturday. Ayling did okay at CB. But I think we'll need as close to our full 1st team as possible. U NO WHO might be coming back to ER. So it would be good to have Jansson back to meet him & welcome him back!!!

Pontus had to have surgery and his left leg amputated but says he'll be back for Villa no worries. Well cant be man flu. Hope the deal happens but the way this has dragged on worries me. Cellino may get 50% done before Xmas and if so may have cash for January. can see more problems though if we get promoted because Cellinos price for the rest will be huge. Might be easier if we dont go up so price is lower and we can then have an owner who knows how to invest in the summer

Morning Doc, surely price is the first thing that is sorted out. It would be one price if we stay where we are, and fixed at another price should we go up?

Good morning all. If Radrizzanni does join with his management team and his connections to the world of media and branding. I hope he realises Leeds are a football club.

Morning all. Quiet couple of days on here. Are we still waiting for our bubble to burst or have most now accepted Monks team are the real deal. Hoping were still top six come January and at last a second half to a season to be interested in <ok>

We are heading in the right direction. I am more optimistic now than I have been for years.

The next few weeks will determine our likely final position. Why? Because we have the joint double problem of hard games and injuries to key players. Time for squad players to step up & for Monk to show his metal

    Afternoon all....

Me personally... we have made good progress so as long as we build on that <ok>

I am amazed Cellino has stayed out the way all season which is good.

I'm not convinced in Monk yet but... What I am convinced with is Cellino staying out the way, the players we have brought in, Clotet and Monk together, they are all ingredients that are working when blended together...

Elland a couple of months ago the deal was done but because of form Cellino decided to go for more cash so the deal almost collapsed. This new deal is a way of sorting it out. AR buys 50% at the price originally agreed, and then agrees to buy the rest in the summer based upon a pricing matrix: 1) no promotion so price reverts to earlier price agreed and the rest of the shares purchased at that price. 2) Promotion so value of club increases to xxx so AR must pay Cellino 50% of the new price. Makes sense all round

i might be wrong although im not usually <whistle> Isnt there a clause in his loan contract that says if he playes X amount of games you have to buy him ?
bet its getting close and Cellino is telling his Monkey (forgive the pun) to hold back on him <ok>

Whenever its done, Jansson has to be our first bit of transfer business in the next window.... along with Taylor on a new contract and Hernandez, Sackho et all on full contracts.

20 games we sign him, initial talks have already taken place between his agent, the club and Torino. Pontus wants to sign for Leeds and nobody else, so it should be simple
