Anyone else been suckered in to spending money they hadn't planned to? I'm done for £200 already on two pairs of Nike Airs at £37 each, a North Face Jacket for £88 and some Xbox games...... Sucked in........
F#cking right it's a black Friday, just taken a chunk out of my bald head on a low door frame. It's in exactly the same place that's just healed after the last time I did it.
Scanning for bargains myself. Bought myself a Rab coat last week for £160.00. Bet it's like £50.00 now.
The footage you see from some shops - its just beyond ghastly. I have no desire to act like some primitive beast ripping stuff from the shelves and screaming at my fellow man like some possessed entity. I would honestly rather eat my own faeces.
Just bought a 55" UHD TV for 9.1million Rps reduced from 21million and its not even Black Friday here. Only condition is the shop wants the box back - it wouldnt happen in the UK!
That's how I do it though. But I'm going to wait until next Saturday before I make my 'attack' just to confuse people.
I'll tell you what. I wish I'd had a few more black Friday emails mind. I just don't have enough spam to delete already.
Yep im happy done alright. new jacket with loads off and a pair of vans boots I wanted for a while at 30% off
Never mind "this much off" and "that much off". It's not what you save, it's what you spend. As an ex-retailer, believe me, the 'savings' are usually just marketing spin and planned, and you are paying exactly what they wanted you to pay in the first place.
I bought a TV (with soundbar) but was always planning too. It was down another £200. Other than that I bought some Air Jordan which were reduced from £125 to £87 and went down to £68 with a 20% PROMO code (one of the rare one which works). I reckon that would have been the same before and after. I didn't need much bar the TV so just kept my money.
