Watching Chelsea vs Spurs round a mate's on Saturday. Hope they both lose. It might actually kick off in my (yiddo) mate's front room if his Chelsea supporting cousin shows up. Saints vs Everton at St Mary's on Sunday. They'll need to score at least two own goals to give us any hope of winning, because our "strikers" appear to actually be on strike.
As Virgil Van Dijk has been easily our best player this season, I make that a yes. And if that pair are strikers, then even if they couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo between them they will be an improvement on what we've got. We'll take em unseen, Ali Dia style
Aye VVD is a class-act. Southampton will get a ridiculous fee for him, especially if that diddy John Stones is worth £50m.
The press are already trying to sell him to Liverpool. I think he's out of their price range though - we have him on a 6 year contract so hopefully we keep him for a bit yet. When he does go, it'll most likely be Real or Barca imo. Fraser Forster's not too shabby either. And Wanyama worked out well for us while he was here.
