We needed a striker when we had Pelle and Mane, sold both of them and replaced them with Boufal (and Austin and J-Rod staying healthy) was a big gamble that hasn't paid off. Wonder if we will see a striker in January? We really needed one when we were sat 4th(?) a couple of years ago and we didn't get one, and in my view cost us a good chance at CL football, so I'm not going to get my hopes up.

But a rubbish performance. In the last three matches (Hull, Liverpool, Sparta, I might even add Chelsea to the list) we barely created a chance worth mentioning. It's a worrying trend.

 

Only came back from a long injury last week, so can see why he wasn't risked.

 

That was absolutely pants, just glad I didn't travel out there. Although I expect the fans will have a good time lovely city, (those who stay over any way) let down by their team.
