not at all. Every game was important. The fact you could still qualify and if you had won the game (unlikely but playing your reserves wont have helped) you would have qualified means that it was just as important.

Just being picky though, i guess MITO was embarassed at the time anyway (although some pool fans tried to justify it saying their reserves played better than their first team based on the scores)

I happily state i was first to say sack that rogers chav and was disgusted at his total rubbish in the CL. I have also stated i was very disappointed in the team selected by klopp v spurs in league cup.

however to find shock a chelsea fan and a utd fan desperately trying to defend spurs to try and wind up very funny....

Not sure what the fuss is all about.

Spurs are way off the standard required to compete at the sharp end of the CL. They were never winning it but have gone out with a wimper TBH.

They are basically Arsenal light ( go out a bit sooner with less money and ranking points but will still trouser a good chunk of cash)

The irony is that going out early may well help them to get a top4 slot, so they can "rinse and repeat" a la Arsenal.

As for Leicester reaching the Semi's, they will need some major luck with the draw.
Fair play to em, they got the easy group by winning the League but there won't be any gimmies in the last 16 and the last 8 will be very tough.
2nd leg at home may help if they can stay in the Tie.

Spurs are founded on two blockers in dier and wanyama in front of two good cbs and a world class gk.

These 5 players allow the full backs who are only decent to go forward and be considered heroes. the issue is nobody in front has real pace.

Eriksen is a lively player but like mata. kane really is not quick and then the issue is delle ali is a cm being played out of position.they need two class fast wide players.

 

On leicester. they got a really easy group and frankly if the draw just goes par for the course and they get a decent second placed team they will be hockeyed.

If they get lucky and get a **** team (remember the other 2 English sides will be second) out of the 6 teams available they might getqf but at that point... well..... i would not be betting on them even at 5000/1 to get sf

 

After all that Leicester have acheived, I hope they get Bayern or Real. They are going out at some point, so better their journey end (or not??) against European royalty.

Would be ****e to make the last 8 and get Arse or City for example!
