Mine was Wicksy, Butch scored as well but we lost 3-2 to Palace in the Cup in the 70s. I was very young and remember the crowd and the atmosphere vividly.

 

Rodney Fearn - 9th August 1969 - Old second division - season after we lost the Cup Final to Man City and got relegated ...3-1 home win against Brum.

Had some fun up at Filbert in the 80s. Lineker always scored against us though and we never won

Ha ha. Though he did score the last time they won at the Bridge in 1790.

 

Away at stoke in the playoffs is earliest that sticks out. I'd have been 5.

We were in the Stoke end with friends of my Dad who are Stoke fans. I remember my dad telling me on the way there that if we scored I had to stay quiet.

Gary Parker scored a beauty and my Dad went ****ing mental.
