Maybe its just a reference to the physical condition of those who bought tickets - its the only logical explanation.
Just look at the concessions ... Tickets for the game are priced £29 Adults, £19 Seniors (over 65) and £10 Under 16s.
How have we got away with charging West Brom fans £30 when the equivalent seats in the home end are £9? Surely there's some rule against that?
The rule regarding away prices matching the home fan prices for the same standard seat was scrapped when the £30 price cap was brought in, there's just the £30 adult tickets and £24 concession prices, I think we can charge what we like for the home seats now.
Doesn't seem fair does it? The move to help make it more affordable for away fans is seeing them pay more than three times what the home fans are.
Any City supporter who doesn't go on Saturday is a ****. Sunderland is a beautiful place and you can always make a weekend of it by going over to Middlesborough on the Sunday your wife or girlfriend will forever thank you.
If I took my missus to Middlesbrough for the weekend, she'd never speak to me again. Actually, hang on...
I must be a **** then. My wife would be gutted if I took her, but happy if I took my gf. My gf would be gutted if I took her, but happy if I took my wife. Decisions decisions.
Make sure you park within the boundaries of any marked parking space. Don't overhang front or rear end of car past the permitted space. In most cases, reversing in is the best option. Always do so with great caution and attention. Take plenty of change in varying denominations.
I am going to the SOL for the first time with the wife and family friends. We are staying over in Newcastle on the Saturday and taking the metro to the game and back. Maybe there are a few supporters like us going to an away game for the first time in over a year. Looking forward to a good weekend.
Park on the street... but give yourself plenty of time to get home... getting away from the ground is a nightmare
