Trump is an isolationist he will have no intention of starting something that he can't finish or afford - it'll be time for countries to start shopping for new security arrangements with more reliable powers.

Donald Trump is going to screw them. People are going to regret ever voting for them.
Second FBI e-mail letter had damaged Hilary Clinton beyond repair. Cospiracy of the highest order.

My first thought this morning, was how has this possibly happened. I then looked at a picture of Hilary and thought oh, thats how.

It is astonishing that he has won, but maybe more astonishing that they couldn't find 1 person to stand against him. The major parties have badly let down the public, it is like they have tried to throw the election by finding the most unelectable candidates possible.

Its like father ted being entered into the eurovision.

Everybody concentrated on the fact that they didn't want trump as president, but if you actually had to vote, i can see the sense in thinking i dont want him, but ill be ****ed if im voting for her. The man is an absolute cock sucker, but the only thing i know about Big H is that she is corrupt.

If thats your choice absolute dickhead or another corrupt politician, i can see why he has won.

Unbelievably it may actually start a shift in the world to politicians that may think being honest is how to get into power. Or at least hiding your corruption a bit better.

    **** me, what a world.

I watched as some of the swing states started coming in last night and went to bed thinking it might be Trump, but he still had a little way to go. Can't quite believe he has actually got in though.

I said it before, if anyone half decent was up against Trump they would have wiped the floor with him but instead this nutter is the president.

It's simply people rebelling, just like with Brexit.

Over the past decade social media has given the common person so much information that confirmed our past suspicions of pure greed and corruption in pretty much all industries.

As people have a say in politics by voting, it doesn't surprise me that people are saying '**** this' and rebelling against the old institution.

Of course there is a very strong chance they'll wish they didn't...

Matey, my missus has just said the exact thing to me, basically people have had enough of the same old ****e.

Brexit and trump may not be the safe option or the sensible option, but it shows how completlypissed off with the status quo people are.

At least Trump is proud of his British heritage and has said the UK would be at the front of the queue for a trade deal if he became president. And the pound will recover a bit against the dollar... #silverlining

I suppose they'll all have jobs in the military or weapons industries.....wait didn't someone else plan full employment this way?

And even when Trump is gone. this has set woman's rights back two generations. roe vs wade will be repealed. God knows what else.

You appear to have overlooked his anger threats and rhetoric after the half million strong petition to ban him from entering the UK.

This has been coming for a long time. It's really no different to having Boris ****ing Johnson as UK Foreign Secretary. Satirists might as well hang up their boots because no parody could be any more absurd than the current reality.
If there really were aliens watching us all the time they'd be pissing themselves laughing at how spectacularly stupid we can be.
