When I heard the news that the BBC were shutting 606 down at the end of the season, I was gutted. Now i'm more angry with the BBC than anything else, and I will be avoiding their websites wherever i can. I realised I come to rely on 606 and the City board for information and banter, it makes bad days more bearable and that they can just close it down without bothering about the people who get a lot out of it, it's just not right. Here's hoping that this site or wherever I go next can fill the gap anyway, and I'm not going back on 606 again till they shut it. UTT
