morning monarch ,very good result for your lot and i was happy with a point against a very good side.tuesdays game wont be the same team as the league game .gary waddock has hinted at changes because we have a few injuries and the league is our priority but neverthess one we want to win.i expect a few of our youngsters to get a game and probably your manager will do the same .so its next saturdays game at the airfix that i am more looking forward to.
Let's not forget when you played Norwich on the opening day a few years back. Preston will be in the mix at the end on the season in my opinion. Good result for us against a Scunthorpe side . Think we showed them to much respect in the 1st half and 2nd half was much improved !
Bizza, no doubt Preston will be in the mix at the seasons end. Well remember the 7-1 tonking of Norwich and what happened next regards Paul Lambert, took a lot to get the side settled again, Boothroyd was a waste of space playing route 1 football, Think given time, (something that a lot of ColU fans dont think he deserves), John Ward will prove to be a good manager. Yep, good result for you yesterday, Scunny are not a bad side,i would expect them to finish in the top 10, if we can get another striker in i'm looking at a top 6 finish. Player to watch out for, Anthony Wordsworth, if he gets his head together and stop beliveing he's already the finished article, he has the potential to play a much higher standard. Enjoy the rest of the season.
Tell you what Ian, you win and i'll join the Wycombe supporters club, we win and you come over here and kiss my arse.
No worries Frank. We'll look forward to welcoming you, although fake gold, 9 kids and peroxide blondes are to be left at the door.
Think if one of our players claimed a goal like this i would hang my head in shame, say three Hail Mary's, pray for their forgiveness, and change my allegiance to Ipswich Town.
Lots of talk of you starting to support us and Ipswich Monarch - is supporting the Carrier Bags that bad already?
Just spotted your in Murcia monarch. Thought about moving there 6/7 years ago but never got round to it; too hot for the horses. Sounded like a good investment with the Americas Cup due thereabouts. How is it developing now?
Mornng Ron, Murcia region is really buzzing. Paramount are startng work on a new theme park and film studos about 5 km down the road from us, should start buildng in Feb., looking at the plans it will eclipse Disney in Paris. A new international airport is nearly ready to start operating at Corvera, about 30km from us, the new high speed train linking Murcia, Madrid and Barcelona is under construction so things are really moving. Not sure where all the money is comng from because if you belive what you read, Spain is deep in the brown stuff. Regards the horses, we have 2 local riding stables that always seem busy. Went down to Cartagena the last time the Americas cup was here as a lot of the yachts were moored in the harbour. Where are you in France?, my wifes cousin lives near Angouleme so when we drive back to the UK we normally drop off there for a couple of days. Good luck for the rest of the season (after the next 2 games).
