Sylla's record as a sub far better than for 90 mins. Assume he wasn't isolated like the Brentford game

I don't think thats a fair comment. No one should want us to lose. I never do, no matter who is in charge. I think some of the JFH happy clappers just cannot accept that he is not very good.
It's not just me saying this, just look at our stats or watch so of the play.

On the bright side, we're now only 6 points and a bunch of goals out of play-off spot.

Kilburn I cannot believe that Reading and Leeds are in the Play offs. Only 3-4 weeks ago they were below us.

Supersub Sylla rescues point for QPR at Nottingham Forest

    Nottingham Forest 1 QPR 1

Substitute Idrissa Sylla’s late goal salvaged a point for 10-man QPR at the City Ground.

Karl Henry was sent off for a second bookable offence 11 minutes before half-time and worse followed for Rangers when Britt Assombalonga put Nottingham Forest ahead.

But Forest were unconvincing – and were themselves reduced to 10 men when Hildeberto Pereira was sent off with 19 minutes remaining.

And Sylla struck with five minutes left, heading home at the near post from a superb cross by fellow substitute Nasser El Khayati.

Henry, playing in the absence of Massimo Luongo and Ariel Borysiuk, picked up a second yellow card after needlessly tripping Henri Lansbury.

A couple of minutes later, Assombalonga put the hosts ahead.

Earlier, Assombalonga had a goal disallowed and was denied by a fine save from Alex Smithies.

Assombalonga found the net from close range but was offside, and was given another chance when left through on goal after Nedum Onuoha misjudged Lansbury’s long ball.

Smithies came to Rangers’ rescue but was unable to do so when Assombalonga again got through and this time rounded the Rangers keeper before scoring from a tight angle despite Grant Hall’s attempt to clear.

QPR, who have never won at Forest, had a decent spell early in the second half, with Conor Washington seeing an effort saved and substitute Olamide Shodipo firing narrowly over.

They were given hope when Pereira was dismissed for a second bookable offence following a foul on Washington.

And when El Khayati served up a terrific delivery just after coming on, Sylla pounced to score his fourth goal of the season.

QPR: Smithies, Perch, Onuoha, Hall, Robinson (El Khayati 84), Wszolek (Shodipo 55), Henry, Cousins, Washington (Sylla 77), Chery, Polter.
Subs not used: Ingram, Lynch, Gladwin, Hamalainen.

Fair play to Jimmy ****face. He brings on Sylla on 77' and Elk Kayaking (or whatever his name is) after 84' and the latter provides the cross for the former to equalise on 85'.

Still want him gone, though, but not gutted, gentlemen.

Well, there are at least two posters on this board, that have stated they wanted us to lose today - in the hope this may expedite JFH's dismissal.
Don't think there is a single poster on this board that thinks JFH is doing an even remotely good job, nobody could be that deluded.
Most that don't think JFH should be sacked are just sick of the constant change and upheaval, without moving forward, as a club.
I haven't seen anyone post a realistic suggestion of a replacement manager, that even remotely excites.

Are there really any JFH happy clappers on this board? not sure I'd class everyone not calling for his head a happy clapper. I mean I dont personally think he's the right man but I can understand those still favouring the stability of not starting the manager merry-go-round just yet.

I am not saying everyone who wants to keep JFH is a happy clapper. I am saying there are some who cannot accept that we are not very good and will never blame Jimmy. They maybe the ones who don't go to the games and never see the cr2p every week.

I could think of lots but none that would ve interested with our idiotic DOF structure.

We are a mid table team in the championship not Barcelona, we don't require a DOF
