Yes indeed. Somethings never change! Do you get Wiz's point in mocking our support for a game that is in a competition that the fans nationwide are boycotting? Just curious for your opinion Logger
Now he is asking me to start again and read his novels, he does leave himself a bit open, now we know what he means by he wears the trousers, he is a bit of what he may have dangling. I take the piss out of blue, stay away supporters who use excuses like boycotts not to watch their team, or I'm to busy at work, or I've got to go shopping with the wife or babysit, these are supposed to be the best away fans in the universe, now back to the future I'm still getting criticised for making comments on a red forum by a blue few member.. Nothing changes, it's just like 606 of old..
Not for a game that was being boycotted like what is our circumstances. I would be applauding those of you who was boycotting
Oh my days I was just pulling you up on your banter, mocking us about our away support at Portsmouth when there is a clear reason why no one is going. Im not criticising you on your own forum. Go back and see that my 1st reply to you was making you aware of the circumstances behind why only 8 took up the offer for Portsmouth. Following comments was you not able to make up your mind if you were mocking or not and me asking you to clarify your point as you were quite obviously confused. Well you confused me anyway hense the multipal headaches Now what I will criticise you about is your comment about supporters making excuses like boycotts not to watch their team. Its your opinion and I respect that but I fully disagree and am in shock that you feel this way. Fans of all clubs involved in this competition have come together and even fans from your club and league have agreed with the boycotting too as its a fight against letting Prem B teams join the football league. I know you are a championship club supporter so the micky mouse cup doesnt effect you anymore so I kind of get why you see fit to take the piss. But fans should be in agreement here that WE dont want Prem B teams in the football league and letting them in this competition is allowing their foot in the door to making it happen. Surely you can understand this and see its not an excuse to not watch our team? Oh well, as you were... Anyway, change of topic Wiz, hows Redmaid? Everything well your end?
My ambition was to take the piss and get a reaction, as we have not had one for a while, I certainly got one, a bloody big one, just as I always did, now go and take a tablet..
Yes I remember that! How about the "Its too far to go on a Tuesday night" when only 60 turned up at Ipswich? My favourite one though was when only 80 turned up at Hull and the excuse was "its was on TV" and "we were already relegated so what was the point"
Oh and we mustnt forget when a certain club went to Wembley in the championship play off final vs Hull and no fans arrived!! please log in to view this image
But your piss taking was pretty poor. You should have a word with yourself And get a reaction? The only reaction you got was confusion as you couldnt make your bleeding mind up! I guess I should expect that when I get old too I got a reaction though didnt I. Didnt you moan about being criticised on your own board? Anyway on a polite serious note, you didnt say how things are going your end? Hope things are ok
I particularly like the imaginary figure of 40,000 gas heads going to Wembley, when you actually only took 26,000.
I remember when only 40 0f the blue minions turned up for a round of the league cup at Hereford a few years ago, blamed the rain on a cold night..AHhhh..
Wrong. Thats was also in the micky mouse cup. The same competition that only gets decent crowds in the much later stages. That wont happen this time though due to the boycotts. We wouldnt have such a low number in league cup. Didnt you take 70 to Scunthorpe this season in the league cup?? embarrassing
