    What a horrible, dirty, cheating bunch of pricks from Milan. Really was so satisfying to beat them ****s!!!!

    Virgil, well what can I say (again)? Thought JWP was outstanding, nice to see him getting stuck in a bit more. Tadic needs to come off penalty duties forever.

    That was one of JWP's best ever performances in a Saints shirt. He was really, really good. You might even argue it was his best yet.

    The ticket I had picked up says International (U21 game) the one I needed says Internazionale! Ho hum!

    Just got home and am still buzzing. What a game! As someone said (can't be arsed to go back and read all the comments) we ran the whole gamut of emotions tonight, but the boys were simply magnificent in the second half. I don't know what Claude puts in their half time cuppa, but I want some! Brilliant and a deserved win against a bunch of disgraceful cheats who shouldn't be allowed to play and a ref who completely bottled it in the first half.
    Prowsey MOTM for me, Virgil - magnificent, Maya - also magnificent. Oriel and Pierre weren't as good as they can be, but were good enough. Jay - I don't know what to say. My heart bleeds for him. Charlie was streets ahead when he came on and showed Jay what he should have been doing. Sam McQueen - well, we've unearthed another diamond I think!
    Onwards and upwards, people! We can't really be afraid of anyone anymore!!
    Sorry I couldn't make it to the Farmhouse. Would have loved to have met up with everyone. Next time hopefully!!

    Did nobody comment during the game about the foul on Maya. Poor Maya, nobody loves him. I heard a few people at the ground notice when he gave the ball away twice in a row though.

    First half corner, their player had both his arms wrapped around Maya pulling him backwards, right in front the 17th official.

    New faces met tonight in the pub... funny that as I thought it was a Ska venue . *inserts cymbal noise*

    Great to catch up with no.7 at last and TLL and Qwerty and Jaidi... shame it was only brief but next time maybe longer.

    That wasn't lost on me. ;)

    ITV showed highlights and an Inter Milan player rugby tackled VVD during a Saints corner, and it went unnoticed. It wasn't even a virtual rugby tackle. It was a proper rugby tackle. Hands linked around the lower midriff, trying to take VVD off his feet. And he succeeded. Nothing awarded. Deserved a Bafta.

    If you get the chance Dave then watch the 2nd half again. Hjobjerg was much much better than you give him credit for. 1st half he was pretty frustrating granted but then again almost everyone was. Also Romeu was very good again, I just think it's a case of having set the bar so high for himself again.

    It's a decent song anyway haha (and original!)... better than endless ones about the skates anyway. ;)

    I felt like screaming when someone started 'when I was just a little boy' 2 minutes after they scored <doh>

    It got going towards the end in the Northam anyway... though for a minute or so I was the only one singing it in block 43 swinging my Saints shirt in the air like a nutter <laugh>

    I really need to go to bed... so naturally buzzing I can't sleep... I've got work tomorrow too <yikes>
