I work in distribution and 50% staff brought in as cheap agency workers is keeping wages down.

 

fookoff it comes from running a mock with your ticketing book.

Agency workers are never a cheap option. By the time agency fees are paid the company would have been better directly employing people and giving them rights.

Which they can only do because of market forces... ordinary workers have no bargaining power, because of Thatcherism. It's not because of foreigners or individual companies, they are just responding to market forces.
