You see Burnmouth and Hull are both winnable games. Sack Moyes, get Sam in, win those 2 games and we can stay up.
I hate saying that we should sack him, absolutely hate it. It's a farce and we're a joke. But it's what we should do, I believe.
Moyes is not the answer, i could do better, and if Short would not cough up i would resign, then tell the world its because the penny pinching bastard is the reason
Anichebe should have been on as soon as it went 1-1. I've tried to defend Moyes but not after today's substitutions. I do agree however that these w*nkers who are getting paid very handsomely are not playing for the manager.
I'm getting the feeling that the players are just going through the motions. As crap as it is to allow players to make decisions on management, holding on to the unpopular manager is only delaying the inevitable and doing more damage in the meantime. I'm not sure though, they might love the guy and I'm misinterpreting a general down heartedness as not playing for Moyes. Hard to tell if they're **** on purpose or just ****.
I don't remember that but you're probably right. Has any of them said it so soon though? I'm just staggered by how far we've gone backwards. In previous seasons I'd have probably declared some sympathy for Short. Not any more. He's ****ed this club up well and truly. If I were him I'd be embarrassed of the business and cultural ignorance displayed as owner of this club. I wouldn't want this embarrassment on my cv!
All the knock on effect of years of bad running. Window closed and the squad was weaker and thinner. Only one man to blame. I'm done making managers the scapegoat. Don't see the point in paying yet another manager off, putting us further in debt for when the inevitable does eventually happen. Short's not a malicious owner but he's ****ing useless at running a football club. I've known for ages, glad more people are realising.
The problem you have with David is he's a bit of a self preservation society member. On Wednesday he should have put out a second string, give some youngsters a chance. Make sure everyone is 100% ready for todays early kick off. Only a couple of your players had a mid week rest, and it showed big time. What a fool he is.
Yes called it weeks ago! You can't lie with your body language and as far back as the boro game the players have looked a lost and fearful this I believe is a direct cause of poor man management. It's not like when PDC was here and the core of our squad were over paid, over the hill and didn't want to work to his standards. When Moyes took over the core group was strong and very united, for what ever reason he's dismantled that dressing room cohesion and hasn't been able to replace it.
we were doing ok until moyes put janaz on then Jones was completely exposed and showed up as the **** RB he is. I don't know why moyes started with Jones and I don't know why he insists on rodwell (35 starts 35 losses I think) I'm not quick to jump on a manager back but I can't see moyes as the manager. Should be sacked imo
May have been a different story had the ref done the right thing and sent their player when we got the pen..
As an outsider i never understood why the owner went for Moyes in the first place when there was better available. What has Moyes ever achieved that these owners employ such a loser and regret doing it.....He never really did anything with Everton but was cosy there .......I would sack him today if it was me as you have nothing to lose and would do better managerless and try and get Fat sam back (not my favorite Manager) but he was getting results....And if not Sam then im sure there are managers out there that actually can play the game to a far better standard than Moyes will ever achieve........Act now before it's too late and 4th from bottom pull away and the catch up is unasailable .......By the way we are in the same boat but we have acted and are improving with every game....Good luck i hope the owner does the right thing and sack Moyes now....
