This is going to be a tough game. Palace were on a good spell before losing the last two, they will want to bring that back. They are a better team than they were last season, they got rid of average players like Bolasie and brought in quality like Benteke, Remy, Townsend and Tompkins.

I could only conclude that with 90mins in him he does

IMO we need can in cos he's tall.. no other reason.

    Can will miss out.
Back to usual starting 11 easy choice for me.

Team that started against West Brom starts against Palace, even with Sturridges brace, he doesn't start on Saturday.
For me, even though he didn't score, Big Div had a better all round game, was a menace all game!

I can't argue with that. I do think that it can only be the midfield trio thats 4 from 3. Views are mixed obviously but it really is can v wijnaldum.. not sure its can v henderson in klopp's mind anyway.

The Stripey Nigels aren't bad tbf.

Benteke will be fired up for this one

    Should be a decent watch

For all the Hendo haters out there. Klopp isn't gonna drop him.
We've seen how ruthless he is with the likes of Sakho, Benteke, Badontelly and confirming that Karius is his #1, he doesn't suffer fools and if he didn't rate Hendo, he'd have stripped him of the captaincy, the likes of Paul Joyce and James Pearce, who are well connected with LFC, have said the Klopp likes what Hendo brings to Liverpool, that he's turning him into a #6, he also thinks the likes of Can/Gini are better suited to a more advanced midfield position.
Unless he's injured or suspended, it'll be Hendo, Lallana and one from Can or Gini... and I'm OK with that!

Thought he was a bit quiet in the first half, tbh. Came on strong in the second until he had to go off.

I'd agree with that. Klopp seems to like Hendo and Lala is an integral part of the high press.

I think I was one of the few that liked Big Ben..
Agreed, he'll want to prove a point.. and he's been on good form since his move.
Tough game, will depend on the first goal, we pinch it, we may grab the 3 points, they grab it, we'll do well to draw the game.

Would like us to regret selling him. No ball in the air, no hope for him:redface:.

If we erect a barn door inside our goals then we should be safe from Benteke.

But that doesn't stop him going down easily in the 92nd minute. Which to some people is against the rules of the game. <ok>

Can't stand Palace and their smug prick of a manager. I would love it if we beat them... Love it.

A nice 3-0 victory would be fantastic but being realistic, i'd take a 2-1 away win every day of the week. Also hope Benteke gets a nice reception!
