£30 isn't beyond 25000 east yorkshire people.get a don robinson type or sir Adam back at the helm and watch the black and amber fill up the ground again.i do agree that it may take some time to undo what the present owners have done.but there Is still plenty of crowd potential.
I can`t help feeling that the decline in attendances is down to two major factors ... 1. Assam .... 2. Ehab ! The people of Hull have always been apathetic but with the poison the two ****wits have put into the club this has disenchanted those that occasionally visit, they have alienated ardent and casual supporters alike. They have without doubt, through their ill advised schemes, not only pushed the long term supporters out of the door but closed it to the younger supporters who form our future. See the back of these two and I will be amazed if attendances do not rise, the sooner they go, the sooner the club can reunite again.
Pass holder for over 10 years but didn't renew last season and not even been to a home match this season. As soon as the gruesome twosome go, i'll be attending again. I know a few of the regulars I go to away games with who have done similar. Attendances will rise once these two have gone.
Its alight posters saying the sooner the Allams go the better. It means **** all until they actually do, so whats the point in keeping repeating it. We know it should happen, the players know it should happen the football world knows it should happen.. BUT... they dont give a **** about anyone or anything other than a bank balance. The way its going, these so called investors might look and think do we want to spunk £130 million on Hull City. We're a club going nowhere fast - well in another direction perhaps.
Agree. We can rant all day about the Allams, it's well documented how bad they've been, but the ****show we've seen in the last two games has not been good enough and is to with stuff on the pitch. I don't know why Henriksen wasn't even on the bench, I can only assume he was injured as well.
If I was prospective buyer, I would be keeping my powder dry at this moment in time. The value of the club must be dropping like a stone down a mine shaft. The Allams greed will come back to bite them in the arse , big style.
In my last post (dont post often) accused of throwing in the towel early. But here is another nail in the coffin. City have got 7 points 6 of those were somewhat due to luck. Will have to be a lot better if we are to get any more! Think we are certainties for relegation and probably in the pole position. And then it will be fight to avoid League 1. As for the 130 million we will be lucky to get 130 shillings. We will not be sold , the Allams if they wanted to sell have left it too late and may end up with nothing. They and us will rue the day they sent Bruce packing.
There are 29 games to go, you have 7 points off a really difficult run of games. You will have a lot easier games this season to gain points from and your squad will gel better with time, the new manager (new to management) will get better too. I really hope you are wrong about the future because I like Hull City as a club and team. The £130m was quoted on the Chinese stock market so may be a fact, if so the Allems are very lucky at this point but it can only be good for you.
I'm having doubts about Phelan. Seriously, you had to see just how bad we were today. I have seen a lot of **** City performances in the 90s. This was on a par - just in the PL. Also Will Keane he must have some serious dirt on Phelan to get picked for a start in the last 2 games. He's ****ing dog ****. I don't like to single out players and it is not his fault we signed him - but he is in no way a PL player and should not be anywhere near the starting 11.
Its actually a cultural thing. Giving to the local community is a sign of leadership and importance. Stuff like getting an honour from the Queen is more important to some cultures than wealth. Having money in the bank does not improve your status within your peer group, if you keep it for yourself in his culture.
