    Yup...they are literally forcing you to upgrade to hd or settle for streamlike quality.

    I'm paying 21 quid for it too..so either I go up to 26 or cancel....

    Same here mate, it's a load of ****e. Esp when I first got it I was paying £15 a month and it was in HD.

    Yeah..laugh is even if I went with bt phone and broadband and got bt sports cheap...it's still all more expensive than my current provider and bt sport separately...

    No lol...big complaints on line that they seem to have "downgraded" their hd after launching their UHD channels...feckers...

    Apparently they started using weak part of satellite signal for everything other than uhd channels...if you want to improve it you have to dick around with your dish alignment...feck that .
