For every ****er but me yeah, you all had a great time with it. My own fault for going there though. See my post on the TV thread.
Chelsea, Liverpool and Juventus are targeting 19-year-old Porto and Portugal midfielder Ruben Neves, who will cost £18m. (Visao de Mercado - in Portuguese) That means he'll be going to either Chelsea or Juventus. Discuss. No wumming, of course.
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho said Liverpool "are not the last wonder of the world that the media like to say they are" after his side held Jurgen Klopp's team to a goalless draw. "Two shots on target with 65% of possession. You have to be critical of Liverpool. It is their problem, not our problem," said Mourinho. "That was probably the quietest Anfield I had and I was expecting it to be the other way.The reaction from their crowd was permanent disappointment. People expected us to come here and be really in trouble, which we were not." (BBC Football) Wow! Damning words, indeed, from Mourinho. You can think what you like about The Smug One, but he's bang on the money with everything he says, here.
A beacon of truth is Mourinho. I got to agree with him. It's simple. He came with a game plan and it worked. Klopp came with a game plan but forgot to tell the ref. Milner came with a game plan but fell just outside the box. All in all....Jose will be the happier of the two.
Now, I know Liverpool didn't get the win you felt they were entitled to last night but there is no call for that language !
I've made the same point to him, but it was ignored. I also think it crosses the line. Cech pushes it out onto the bar (fabulous reactions though). Back when Chelsea made the final decision on whether a goal was in or not.
Former Brazil striker Ronaldo is keen to see 24-year-old Liverpool and Brazil midfielder Philippe Coutinho at Real Madrid. (Onda Cero via Daily Star) Oh, dear! The tapping-up has started early. The player's as good as gone.
Liverpool aren't Spurs #bottler and rarely sell their best players unlike your small club run by two shysters.
