Solid 7. There's always room for improvement, I've been a 9 and aesthetically looked great, but that went to **** with a shoulder injury. My diet is at best a 4 right now, which explains why I'm no longer a 9. Strength is declining, anaerobic levels slipping, hair going grey... Basically when the pecs turn to tits I'm off to stick my head in the oven.
I'm half a vegetarian because I only eat animals that eat grass. I only smoke cigars that have been rolled on the inside of a virgins thighs and only drink when I wake up. I therefore conclude I'm a magnificent specimen of a man who could command a gobble off any woman who brushed her teeth with colgate.
Have a drink mate, celebrate the fact that Newcastle are top of the league, don't care if it's the Championship it doesn't happen very often these days.
I didn't drink for a full year once, apart from a single glass of celebratory champagne. I knew mentally that there was nothing planned that would knock me off my stride, such as a night out with the lads, as when I absolutely had to go out (with couples for example) I just had sparkling water and drove, usually giving 2/3 others a lift home so I never got too much **** for it. If I put a solid month of training in now, it's only a matter of time before it goes tits up, on a night out. The following day I'll shove all the crap food into my mouth and convince myself that a week off the gym is the best thing for me. Drinking no alcohol for me is the only way to switch on permanently, I'm considering it again for 2017.
Have always eaten whatever takes my fancy, drive everywhere, had a heart stress test four months ago never missed a beat, am convinced they will eventually have to shoot me, just back from a 350 klm Trike ride , heading towards 82 years, that water supply in Pennywell must have had magic properties . my sister is 10 years older than me and going strong, have an inhaler for asthma the only drug I ever use , from my 40 a day smoking habit in UK
Used to be a 10 but now I am more like a 5 and not happy about it at all. Was a regular in the gym but been missing the last 3 months. However I will return! Generally eat healthily but have this peculiar craving for chocolate, drink very rarely and don't smoke. Just been diagnosed with osteo-arthritis which is mostly annoying and has been my excuse for not using the gym the last few months. Agree with others on here that intervals are the way to get fit and much less boring than pounding out the miles.
Think you are allowed two scores - one for your daytime role as a man and the other for your night time occupation.
Just been told by my doctor to get on a diet for 2 months, 17 stone, so no more fried food or pastry for me, my sugar level is dodgy so sweets go out of the window, I walk about 10 miles a week though, and don't/never smoked do drink now once a week, I love Caulilfower, broccoli, brussells sprouts !, carrots, orange juice so they will top of my menu.
Be careful with the juices - sometimes these are rich in natural sugars and are absorbed quickly from drinks. Better to actually eat orange than drink juice. Also stop supporting Sunderland - this is probably very damaging to your mental health. Also when you say you drink once a week - do you start on Sunday and finish on Saturday?
I had 110g of porridge oats this morning at 9am. I've had nothing to eat since then because I've been out and about and I'm still not hungry! I used to eat Wheetabix every morning and got hungry by 11am but now oats shall be my food of choice for energy. It's amazing for those trying to lose weight.
Porridge is good full of protein and burns fat Protein weetabix is the boyo it boasts 19g of protein per 100g
