10 Don't diet, don't drink too much, don't specifically exercise but just have a naturally athletic body. At least that's what I see in the mirror every morning.
it does, it's also why I go to work on Christmas Day stay at work until all the cooking is done then go home so I can enjoy the rest of the day I can't even walk past Boots the Chemist's perfume department without my eyes watering and reaching just a very sensitive nose and weak stomach
By the standards of this board, 6.5 - 7.0 56 years old. Boxing training 4 times a week, couple of other gym sessions thrown in. No particular food rules but healthy food generally tastes better. Never smoked. Drink an amount which I regard as relaxedly social but which according to all published guidelines makes me a complete lush.
I'd say I'm about 8 or 9, go to the gym at least 4 times a week, and run for over an hour on at least 2 of those times, I'm vegetarian and eat very healthy, don't do drugs or smoke, drink lots of water, and have a very athletic physique. I do drink like there's no tomorrow though, generally I'll be on the booze at least 4 times a week, ranging from 3 or 4 pints at the pub, to having half a bottle of rum at home. So yeah, apart from the liver bashing I'm very healthy.
Sorry just to be clear, is the number of smilies the number you are attributing to the fitness of your arse i.e. 4? I just find this hard to believe on what ACS has told me. He said it would be a max of 0.75
Oh, yeah, it's an anonymous message board. So I'll just quickly amend my statement to 9.5. I'm a level 10 vegan (I don't eat anything that casts a shadow) and exercise at least 8 days a week. I sleep in an oxygen tent, only drink purified steam, meditate for a living and my movements - including typing - are all done within the cosmic laws of Tai Chi. I started this sentence an hour ago. My wi-fi is powered by the mountain goats I live with in Tibet. I'm knocking 0.5 off because today I ate a raisin. It was my birthday.
Man wtf, all these people who are "fitness/dietary" freaks putting themselves as a 6??? I smoke, drink, have the occasional wavy day out, do nothing to keep fit but coach football (I shout, scream and tell others to run, do press ups etc), eat what I want when I want and eat/drink far to much sugar products. I'm a sure nailed on 7
Go for a swim most days, walk to and from work most days (takes about 20 minutes) but I eat lot of nibbles, also occasionally going to the gym, so I'd say I was probably a 6.
I've decided I'm going without a drop of alcohol until Christmas. I've barely drank at all the last month or so so going without it for a couple of months extra and see what a double vodka does to me lol after that long dry lol.
