    Buenos Aires is literally good airs, vientos justos would be fair winds, although historically it comes from the name of a hill called Bonaria close to Cagliari in Sardinia which the Aragones used when they took the island fron the Pisans in 1324. The Aragonese corrupted the name into Buen Ayre. And Caglairi was built next to a marsh hence the name of Bonaria for somewhere you could not smell it.

    Jon Marks reckons that our aim will be to finish at the top of the bottom third. Similar to last season then. He also thinks that scoring goals could be the problem.

    First stat of the season: Big Chris scored the most headed goals in the championship last season.
