It is only 08.30 but Mrs Godders has already made my jam sandwich and flask of bovril for the match. My season ticket is on the side in the hall with my buss pass and I am sat with my coat on ready to leave for the game. Not that I am excited or anything.

I bought an I phone for my son for his birthday and an I pad for my daughter for christmass. On our wedding aniversary I bought and I ron for mrs Godders.

Can't make it which I'm gutted about, however last year on the first game of the season my company I used to work for was the match day sponsor. Great day out in hospitality but we lost to plymouth........ still don't know how! Maybe this year will be different and we'll actually win the first game of the season. Will watch on sky so sing loud and proud boys and let everyone watching know the Saints are back!!!! COYR
I'm having to watch on Sky today. I'm not good at this. All day I look forward to it, then I get nervous, then I hide under a duvet. I have been known to switch off if we are under attack, because it's a well known fact that the opposition can't score if the TV is off! P.s. why is Saints always the last game to finish even when we start at 3.00?
You know the answer to that Fran..........We are known for being notorious slow starters......... We are due a good win on the telly.......look out for me with me one knitting needle in the Chapel. From where the camera angle is, we will be slightly to the left of the goal. Look for the last lower exit before the corner and that is where we are Sat so will try and wave!!
