Boxing is the gladiatorial sports of Rome brought up to date.

Not a sport at all in my book, and no surprise that it produces people like Tyson Fury.

How much do you know about it ? Have you ever tied to spar, even just light sparring for a couple of rounds ? if you had, you would know that it fulfils just about every criteria for and definition of a sport.

If you don't really know anything about boxing because you don't like it (I am that way about Formula 1 - - I know next to nothing because it bores me silly) then fair enough. No reason you should like it or be interested in it. You should, however, recognise that your lack of knowledge rather limits your ability to form a valid opinion.

I have no problem with people who don't like sports with a physical edge. We all have different tastes. As long as they don't try to say one sport or another should be banned infringing on my rights and others who enjoy taking part in them or watching them. If they do that then they are just pussies who should be hung up and used as a heavy bag <ok>

It's the same with those trying to take physicality out of football. If you don't like it, find a sport you do like - ballet dancing or tiddlywinks perhaps. Don't try to change a sport which is already well established.
