    5 figures <yikes>
Even I know Ellis won't sell him for that little! He's a top keeper in the making from what I've seen.

Utd had De Gea looking shaky as hell in his first season. Cut his teeth really well and is now one of the best keepers in the world.

We have a kid who is cutting his teeth. Good shot stopper, good communicator and good distribution. Up with the best I've seen distribution wise. OK so he gets the odd one wrong but who doesn't? Even Paul Scholes misplaced one pass in his career!

To say less than £100k for him is pure idiocy - he's worth more than ten times that now FFS!

Let him find his feet properly and become the keeper we all think he might be - then start giving him a price tag if the big boys come knocking. If they don't and he fulfills the potential we think he has, then we have a top keeper at our club for a long time

They definitely weren't all miskicks, nearly all of them were absolutely superb long passes. There were two though that looked like miskicks which barely cleared the ground and went straight to the opposition. I wouldn't want him to change the way he plays but he does need to keep practicing to avoid any clangers.

This, he is outstanding and wont be here in two years time, my guess is he will be first choice at a top four team by then.

Totally agree about the fee but we not in a strong position to retain potential stars or attract current top players - bottom of the league and relegation battle are no incentatives to the right players.
I responded to the threads theme.
I still feel we'll struggle but things will improve as players are recruited in Jan
We do need a some luck and our supporters to stay for most of the game - I pay to stay and support the team
Some pay to vent their anger and leave so undermine going in the first place
    The team need support KTF

I am actually hoping its a bit of a revenge on England for f ing up out start to the season. That's twice he has been injured now when called up by England. good, its about time we got a bit nasty or devious. Other teams players are diving about all over and getting free kicks for nowt eg whickham, we need to do the same. slightest touch fall down.
