The International break came at the right time. Town need to go unbeaten at least up to the beginning of December to get the season back on track!
No way he should stay until the end of the season. Like ptc says, he can form grafters and limited ability players into a team but my does he struggle with anyone who has skill or a different outlook on how football should be played. Seems to me that Mick likes to surround himself with 'yes men' and players who don't upset the apple cart. This team should be far more entertaining than it is currently.
We are on relegation form my friends. He will leave us in the same mess that he found us in when he came here! A poetic irony in a way!
Even reading twtd is different today. Normally there will be some back and forth between the two 'camps' but today there are a lot of posts with people saying they have finally had enough and almost no Mick defence to be seen. My mind boggles when I think too long about his team selection etc. How bad does somebody have to play before they get dropped?
Just read MM's reaction to the match: "It is difficult at the moment. I am not surprised by the fans' reaction. We did not play as well as we could and the crowd are getting frustrated and venting their feelings. "I am doing the job to the best of my ability but if we are not as good as the crowd think we should be, then they pay their money and it is up to them if they want to boo. I am not happy with how we played myself." I think that is the most honest/BS free assessment I have seen him give,is the truth finally dawning on the guy?
Never think that Weighty it is too horrible to contemplate! There is nothing to say that we couldn't do a Sheffield United for example!
