It's bizarre that Allardyce was immediately described as a 'dodgy bastard' yesterday for saying how bungs could be done. Whereas today it's just 'an allegation against Moyes for actually taking one. Level playing field? - that's all I'm asking Disco.
Show us the video of Moyes. The evidence beyond words on a page that proves it without doubt and everyone will label Moyes as bad as sam. Most will likely hold off until more comes out as they won't want to jump on the back of one of our own for no good reason.
There is no video, or none that I know of. But there's not even an allegation of Allardyce taking a transfer bung. And if there was, would you say that was "for no good reason" as well? Level playing field mate - that's all I'm saying.
You're boring me to tears to be honest relic. Level playing field... We support Sunderland. Try not to forget that, it's what brings us all here. Of course we're going to mock Sam who left us and at the same time be reluctant to criticise the bloke who's trying to pick up the pieces until we see proof. There's a video of Sam telling people they can get around football transfer rules and agreeing to take money from them for speaking engagements. That's damning. There's nothing on Moyes yet. Therefore... We know Sam is dodgy, it's a fact at this stage. We will wait and see if anything comes out on Moyes. As and when it does... He will be labelled dodgy too. That's about as a level a playing field as it gets.
You're boring me to tears, too, Disco. If I make a video on how to commit a murder, you'd prefer a suspected murderer to walk the streets while I'm banged up - is that right? It's the same hypocritical principle, mate
No it's not. Not in the slightest. The bloke was filmed conspiring to committ transfer fraud. In your idiotic metaphor he isn't some youtuber explaining how to kill, he's a bloke planning on killing and being caught out on camera doing so. Moyes, again in your idiotic metaphor, isn't prowling the streets a killer. He's simply been called a killer by some **** in the pub who's got a proven track record for lying and who has now retracted his statement having realised he had no proof and no leg to stand on. I've never put anyone on ignore but you're going on now, I'm bored as **** with your anti Sunderland crusade. After that... Pedophilia on the terraces and this latest anti Sunderland bias I'm done with reading your negativity. I think you're on the wind up to be honest and I can't be arsed with it. Ta-ra.
Sam said he knew ways around third party ownership and confessed he did it in with Enner Valencia on camera. Moyes has no specific allegation against him and he's been named by a poor source who's retracted it. The difference, one is visual and audio evidence from an extensive journalistic investigation, that other are empty words with no supporting evidence from a nobody Not saying that list of managers is wrong but the differences are pretty clear. One thing is for certain, if it is Moyes, these allegations are not in relation to our club. **** Moyes and **** Sam, so long as the club is not entwined in it it should be all that matters.
Now the police are involved I reckon there'll be audits on the cards. Could be a case of which clubs are not corrupt rather than which are.
Reading the last few posts... are people actually trying to say that Allardyce hasn't done anything wrong? Unbelievable!
Just one that I can see, the one who wants to castrate Moyes on the back of no evidence but ignores real evidence in regards to Sam. Backwards.
Know exactly what you mean. His agent's announcements at just the right time to transfers or proposed ones are uncannily accurate. I am not sure who the agent is but is/was he not a mate of Sam.
Said no on this, not because there may be some dodginess but because he landed us in the **** and I don't want him back regardless of how well he might do. Sod him. If Moyes has been up to anything similar I'm not that fussed because he hasn't been totally selfish and disloyal to us and the whole thing is likely widespread anyway. We support Sunderland, we don't live in an ideal world
