Yes, let's waste lots of limited public money to test employees with under hand tactics. We do get tested, not in this way. I don't feel sorry for BFS as he was a pleb, but obviously his accountant etc were plebs too. You would expect him to get better directives from people he pays. I hate journo's, they're as bad as salesman. They would flog anything for a story or profit. Next they'll be hacking phones... Oh.
Could easily be that senior figure alongside Southgate which I suggested. They clearly know each other, given that Southgate played under Hoodle for England. Whether that would interest Hoodle though, who knows.
Investigative journalism is one of the foundations of a free press which is a foundation of a free society. If you would rather live under a rock with your head buried in the sand then you're still entitled to do that, opt out of reading. Once you remove the rights of the press to investigate a story then you are on a road to dictatorship. The british press has good and bad journalistic institutions but at least they have free ones. Look around the world and see whats happening to the press and be very afraid, too many outlets owned by too few individuals deciding what stories they want you to know about. Its not a good thing. Applaud this, its dragging dirt into the light, dirt which concerns your national representatives. The more this happens the better.
Agreed, he is a bloody fool. That's almost certainly the end of his football management career in the UK. All for being greedy. It's a shame, but I'm glad he was caught.

Absolutely. And there's a huge difference between gutter journalism and investigative journalism. We could live without the former in a heartbeat, but the latter is all too much a requirement in a free society.
