... nah ... jealousy is such a destructive emotion ... I happily cheered Forest on to their two final wins back in the day ... when it was a lot easier to win of course ... that shouldn't take away from the acheivement ... Villa too ... didn't curb my feelings towards the both of them when we played them domestically ... never will ... but I can happily say that I think Brian Clough was the best home grown manager of all time ... what he did at Derby and Forest was nothing short of miraculous (although some would probably claim his acheivements were mere flukes ) ...

 

I was surprised that Riyad Mahrez and jamie Vardy were taken off last Saturday.

 

... so was I tbf ... but no arguing that we were miles better in the second half ... and Ranieri sensibly realised it was a lost cause and we have the Champions League game against Porto tomorrow

 

Agreed, That's the only reason I could think of.

 

To think, Vardy could have been sat on Arsenal's bench watching them destroy Chelsea instead of sat on Leicester's bench watching them trying to retain a modicum of pride against Manchester United.
