Thought his press conference yesterday was his best & most upbeat yet. Think he's doing ok - if we get 4-6 points from the next 2 games I will start to show some real belief in him. Bart
IMHO it's way too early to judge the bloke, we was dealt a **** hand and as you've said, we've played some pretty decent teams so i'm not that concerned (just yet).
It been a long hard two months for us, to Moyes it must seem a hell of a lot longer. Once Big Sam, and a few others, jumped ship, SAFC looked like canoe without a paddle. It will be a huge achievement to maintain our Premiership status this season, so lets see if we can do that first. Give the man a chance, onwards and upwards.
Agree with this but not convinced after today's match about his motivational skills - Kone looked very uneasy although he did ok - Papy did not inspire confidence and Januzaj was pretty poor. We wasted at least 2 good chances in second half but Moyes should have seen ways to improve the team if he's a good manager. We need at least 4 pts from next 2 games
Seems to be yet another manager who makes reactive not proactive substitutions. Some of our players were dead on their feet out there yet had to deal with Palace's subs.
Aye. The fact he waited till about 83 mins said one thing. Second, the fact he took Catts off and left Kirchoff on who IMO had his worst game for us and barely lasts over 65 mins anyway said another.
Same ****, different boss. Praying we survive the year and he gets to break the cycle. Not his fault. He's taken a job that's a pile of ****.
