Probably of no interest to anyone, but I was looking at the league table there. Noticed that Derby have only scored 2 goals this season! And we thought we had problems!
morning all ... every game for Monk is a must-win, so hopefully we thrash Ipswich ... not a Mick fan, he's built his teams on brawn ... remember going to see his Sunderland play Arsenal at Highbury, and they were all giants but slow and unable to pass five yards, were well beaten 3-0 by Bergkamp and Henry (Wenger only needed those two on the pitch against that team of cavemen) ... nah, McCarthy is over rated for me, and I'd like to see us win by three clear goals and play them off the park ... it's going to be a real physical battle, because that's all that McCarthy relies on, so if we stand up to them and win the personal battles, then Ipswich will have nothing else and we should get the win ... mental toughness will be tested on Saturday, but at least we have Pontus there to drive the lads on Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Dont understand how Dallas is getting in the team ahead of Antonsson or Roofe if i am honest. The team does look more balanced and everyone knows what is expected of them. Is that progress? Lets see how ut goes.
Dallas is there primarily for his defensive work, I think - plus, of course, his attacking runs. Hernandez isn't a great one for tackling back. Sacko is improving in that respect. Guess it's all about balance. I like Roofe, but he does fade out for spells, which we can't really afford in this match. Antonsson is a strange one. Bought for a 4-4-2, I think. But we play 4-2-3-1, so pretty sure he's on subs bench as a tactical option. He's no use in the mid 3, as he doesn't have the creative spark OR defensive qualities of any of the 3 picked. He does run about a lot though, creating space & goalscoring opportunities (but not taking them of late).
